Legal
Terms of Service
By using TempHotmail, you agree to these terms. Use the service only for lawful, low-risk purposes and do not rely on a temporary inbox for important or recoverable accounts.
Last updated: July 16, 2026
The service
TempHotmail provides receive-only temporary email inboxes. Availability, sender acceptance, delivery speed, and retention cannot be guaranteed because they depend partly on third-party networks and providers.
Email Test 2.0 analyzes the received message, SPF/DKIM/DMARC results, format, links, tracking pixels, and headers. It does not send email, run a live DNS audit, or guarantee inbox placement.
Accounts and paid plans
- Free: up to 3 saved inboxes and up to 1 day of access, subject to provider availability.
- 7-Day Pass: $1.99 one-time, up to 10 inboxes, and 7-day message retention.
- Monthly Pro: $4.99/month, up to 25 inboxes, and 30-day message retention.
- Yearly Pro: $35.99/year, up to 25 inboxes, and 30-day message retention.
- Stripe processes payments. TempHotmail does not store complete card details.
Refunds
For an initial monthly or yearly subscription, you may request a refund within seven days when permitted by law. One-time passes are generally non-refundable after use unless a verified service failure prevented access. Contact support with your account email and payment reference.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, identity theft, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to send spam, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, scrape private data, or access another person's inbox.
- We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Limitations
Use the service at your own discretion. To the extent allowed by law, TempHotmail is not liable for lost access, delayed or rejected messages, third-party account loss, or indirect damages arising from reliance on a temporary inbox.
