1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Temphotmail Mail ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Temphotmail Mail provides users with temporary, disposable email addresses. We offer both free and paid ("Premium") tiers. You understand that these emails are ephemeral and should not be used for important, long-term, or sensitive accounts (e.g., banking, government services).

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Billing: Premium features are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time pass (7-Day Pass).
  • Payment Processor: All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Creem. We do not store your credit card information directly.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of each current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: For Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly subscriptions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • One-Time Passes: The 7-Day Pass is generally non-refundable once used, due to the immediate nature of the service, unless there is a proven technical failure on our end.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Illegal activities, including fraud, phishing, or identity theft.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts found violating these rules without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Temphotmail Mail does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Temphotmail Mail be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore (or your actual jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
